Used sand is conveyed by vibrating sand remover → magnetic separation belt conveyor of resin sand production line → s3305 crusher → 1# bucket elevator (s524vii) → s524iii magnetic separator → s524iva air separator of resin sand production line → 2# bucket elevator (s524vii) → sand silo of resin sand production line → pneumatic gate → sand mixing by s255 double arm sand mixer of resin sand production line. The resin sand production line is supplemented by electric control system, dust removal system and gas control system to form a complete resin sand old sand treatment system.
The block crusher of resin sand production line takes the vibration motor as the excitation source, and two symmetrically arranged vibration motors rotate in reverse to each other to generate the excitation force. The direction of the exciting force of the resin sand production line presents a certain angle with the horizontal direction, and the sand blocks rub against each other in the material basket. The sand particles on the surface of the sand blocks fall off during rubbing and grinding, and some adhesive films are also taken off in the resin sand production line. The sand particles or small sand masses smaller than the gap size of the material basket in the resin sand production line leak onto the groove bottom plate of the inclined wear-resistant layer below the material basket, and then continue to be subjected to the excitation force and move upward. Due to the friction between the sand particles and the sand materials in the resin sand production line and the rough surface of the steel plate, the sand masses can be further broken and stripped.
